	We encourage incoming board members or potential board members to attend this informative workshop.

Working together as a board is important and we encourage incoming board members or potential board members to attend this informative workshop. After reading the downloadable information below, please complete and return the registration form by May 1st. This data enables us to plan ahead for room sizes, handouts, and lunches. However, any and all co-op members are welcome to attend even if not pre-registered.

The day will begin with a group session presentation. We will then break into smaller workshops for Presidents, Treasurers, Membership, Fundraising, and Secretaries. Participants may attend any workshop. Presidents and Treasurers meet again after lunch. Teachers meet at 1:00.

Box lunches are available for $8.00. Lunches must be ordered and pre-paid with registration by May 1st (postmark date)! Veggie pitas, Turkey Salad pitas, and Ham/Turkey/Cheese sandwiches are available or participants are welcome to bring their own lunch.

9:30 - 10:30		Welcome and Group Session for all attendees Keynote Speaker: Kathy Keller-Jones - The Importance of Play: How to adequately relay the philosophy to questioning members.
10:45 - 12:30		Workshops for President, Treasurer, Membership/Communications, Fundraising & Secretary
12:30 - 1:00		Lunch
1:00 - 2:30		Presidents and Treasurers continue in their workshops
1:00 - 2:30		Teachers’ Workshop: Early Intervention Outreach Specialist Hillary Hyde - Talking to Parents About Developmental Concerns
2:30 - 3:00		Networking, Resources, and Questions & Answer, as needed

	Presidents: Bring the purple Presidents’ Handbook! There is a charge of $5 for another handbook if you do not have yours from last year.
