Why:	Learn how your co-op board can work together effectively direct from experienced co-op leaders. Learn about your specific job. Network with other co-ops and gain insights and tips.

	We encourage incoming board members or potential board members to attend this informative workshop.

Description: The morning begins for most attendees with the keynote address “Who is the Captain of Your Ship? Powerful Tools for Effective Leaders”, presented by Steven Fulmer, Human Strategist, Leadership Expert and Creator of LifeQuest Mapping™. Treasurers start their workshop at 9:30. Immediately following the keynote speaker are workshops specific to individual jobs: President, Membership/Communications, Fundraising, and Secretary. Cooperative preschool board members, committee chairs and interested members are invited to attend any session.

Registration: The registration deadline is Saturday, April 30th. Please make sure the President, or designee, is responsible for NOW registration and informs new board members about the available sessions, find out who is attending, and who is ordering (& paying for) lunch. Some schools offer to pay for their board members’ boxed lunches, and other schools ask attendees pay or bring their own lunch. Ordered lunches must be pre-paid (checks payable to PCPO) and included with registration, postmarked by Saturday, April 30th in order to guarantee availability.

12:00 - 12:30		Parent Scheduling Database Workshop (Optional Lunchtime Workshop – Open to All)
12:00 - 1:00		Lunch (Presidents & Treasurers start lunch at 12:30)
1:00 - 2:30		Treasurers’ PM workshop (insurance, working with PCPO...)
