Welcome

    We appreciate your help in compiling the PCPO Directory. Keeping this information up-to-date helps with effective communications and provides a valuable resource.

Instructions:

  • We have divided the form pages into four categories: schools, boards, teachers, and classes.
  • One can start with information about your school and proceed in sequence through classes.
  • If you are updating a section of information (teacher, board member, ...) during the year you need only supply the new information, but please tell us about it in the comment box at the bottom of each page and leave your email address so we can contact you with any questions.
  • It maybe handy to have the most recent PCPO Directory at hand to see how your school has listed items in the past.
  • It may also be handy to use the SELECT, COPY and PASTE functions through your mouse to eliminate repetitive entries.
  • Please make sure you fill in the date and choose your school name (twice) on each page so we can match up the data submitted with the correct school. Don’t forget to click the SEND to PCPO button and don’t use the ENTER KEY while adding data as it will send the data before you have completed the form.
